TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between Adela Galbavá, sole trader, Business ID: 50980874 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
1.2. The Seller operates an online store and offers physical products, digital products, and allows applicants to register for tattoo appointments.
1.3. By purchasing through the online store, the Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Orders and Payment Terms
2.1. The Buyer may order products through the website by filling out the order form.
2.2. The Seller offers the following payment options:
– Payment by card (via payment gateway)
– Bank transfer
– Payment in Bitcoin (BTC)
2.3. For payments by bank transfer, the payment must be credited to the Seller’s account within 5 business days, otherwise the order will be canceled.

3. Delivery Terms
3.1. Physical products are delivered within Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and other countries worldwide via postal or courier services.
3.2. Delivery time varies depending on the destination:
– Slovakia and Czech Republic: 3 – 7 business days
– Europe: 5 – 14 business days
– Other countries: 10 – 30 business days (depending on shipping availability)
3.3. Customs and duties: For deliveries outside the EU, customs or other charges may apply in accordance with the destination country’s legislation. The Buyer is responsible for paying such fees.
3.4. Digital products are delivered via email or access to the member section after successful payment.

4. Complaints and Withdrawal from the Contract
4.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the physical product without giving any reason.
4.2. Digital products and services (e.g. consultations) are non-refundable once they have been delivered or provided.
4.3. In case of complaints, the Buyer is obliged to contact the Seller via email to agree on the procedure.

5. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
5.1. The Seller collects and processes the Buyers’ personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5.2. Personal data is stored in a secure database and is not shared with third parties, except where necessary for order delivery.
5.3. The Buyer may request the deletion of their personal data by contacting the Seller via email.
